• Perform hearing aids and accessories sales
• Answer phone calls, reply customer’s messages
• Response to inquiries and provide information to customers
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment system

• Assist audiologist in testing or consultation procedures.
• Maintain general appearance of outlet tidy at all times

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum SPM certificate
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, Bahasa Malaysia language as an added advantages
• Polite and able to interact with customers profesionally.
• Independant and willing to learn new things
• Welcome part-time/student/fresh graduates
