Jawatan Kosong Assist / Maintenance Mgr - Palm Oil Gua Musang, Kelantan in Musang

Job Description & Requirements:

• Possess Degree, Post Graduate or Professional in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge in POME Waste Water Treatment (WWTP)
• Computer Literate.
• Knowledge and experience in handling waste water treatment plant is a must.
• Experience working in manufacturing industry, and/or palm oil industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate with all jobs related to maintenance, facilities & projects.
• Carry out monthly performance analysis for all workshops activities and to prepare a performance report for Management Review Meeting.
• Monitor and ensure the workshop operations and maintenance budget are controlled efficiently.
• Make certain that the technical department perform efficiently, coordinate employee efforts and facilitate communication between management and handymen.
• Preferred candidate got working experience in Palm Oil Mill.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in managing production workers.
• Certification on Competent Person for IETS will be an added advantage.
• Capable of managing Plant Maintenance, upgrading projects and improvements activities.
• Capable of managing production activities and carry out production planning.
• Capable of managing and controlling production expenses.
• Able to manage waste water treatment plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with all related government authorities.
• Able to cooperate efficiently and effectively with all departments in achieving companies budgeted targets.
• Able to motivate and lead subordinates in achieving targeted KPIs.

Job scope & Requirements:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE

1. Possess equivalent working experience.

2. Steam Engineer qualification and experience working in palm oil industry. (min Grade 2)

SPECIAL SKILL

1. Capable of managing new expansion projects.

2. Capable of handling turnkey projects.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Knowledge in managing overall Plant Maintenance and improvements projects.

2. Able to cooperate efficiently and effectively with all departments in achieving company budgeted targets.

3. Able to motivate and lead the maintenance team in achieving targeted KPIs.

4. Some experience in handling boiler operation & annual inspection.

5. Manage the maintenance team.

6. Handle health and safety issues at the plant.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
