Admin & Customer Service Executive

Location: Padang Jawa, Shah Alam
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Based on capability)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and reliable individual to support daily operations and client coordination. This is not a passive admin role — you will be expected to follow through, solve small issues independently, and keep matters moving.

You will work closely with management in handling operational and regulatory processes involving clients and government-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily admin and operational tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Track documentation, submissions and follow-ups
• Assist in handling regulatory matters and resolve process bottlenecks
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Able to speak Mandarin + fluent in English OR Malay
• Comfortable using Google Suite and digital productivity tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Responsive and able to follow through on assigned tasks
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
