We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely preparation of reports.

Requirement:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Perform data entry for daily accounting transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial information.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents for audits.
• Update accounting spreadsheets and databases.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding
• billing and payments.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
