Job Description

Responsibilities

To monitor day to day warehousing and distribution activities as to ensure compliance with SOP while maintaining the Integrity of staff performance.

Ensure the Incoming shipment being received and put away timely. Ensure pick & pack are being carried out by warehouse staff to meet the delivery schedule.

Establish control point to minimize on delivery Pick & Pick error.

To work closely with courier services for Outstation delivery for timely collection from warehouse and meet ETA to customer.

To coordinate monthly meeting with courier service.

To ensure pending of Invoices/billing are being followed up and closed accurately.

Inventory Management

To closely control and monitor IC Adjustment as to reflect physical movement of the inventory in /out of the warehouse

To ensure physical inventory is tally with book quantity.

To have in place an accurate reflection of the Inventory status where physical and system must tally to 99.9% accuracy by implementing Monthly Cycle Counts / Stock Count Activities.

To take lead in Cycle Count / Stock Take / Reconciliation and Write Off as per approved by Manager

To keep the inventory fillings up to date.

Others

To ensure have a progressive improve in key functions in warehousing and distribution.

To ensure the hygiene and safety guidelines in the warehouse are being adhered to all the time.

To ensure keep orderly filing for warehouse operations and archive old documents.

Responsible for stock keeping, maintaining accurate inventory and timely delivery of products to customers.

Maintaining high standard of internal customer service

To prepare report to Supervisor on monthly basis or as needed; e.g. Warehouse Monthly Report, Distribution activity report(Receiving/Packing activities), Expiry Report - Inventory Report, On time Delivery Report.

To ensure all the activities are done in warehouse without fail.

Education

Typically requires Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or diploma.

Experience

Approximately 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
