Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Officer in Kuching

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Higher or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in construction or development field
• Must be computer literate
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, highly motivated and independent
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.

Responsibilities:

• To manage procurement workflow including requesting quotations, sourcing new vendors, negotiating prices, and preparations of quotation summary.
• Preparing PR/PO and getting the approval based on the Discretionary Authority Limit.
• Tracking Purchase Orders and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods from vendors.
• Perform receiving upon receiving of “Delivery Order”.
• Validating and submitting invoices for payment, collaborating with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment to vendors and forwarders.
• To maintain regular and accurate filing and documentation of procurements records.
• To carry out such duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Superior and such duties are not necessarily limited to the above title and responsibilities and may be subjected to change.
