Jawatan Kosong Operation and Inventory Audit Executive in Melaka

Responsibility

• Perform store operation audit by visiting showrooms and logistics on cycle basis to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with all company policies, procedures and regulations including stock / inventory check.
• Process CN PV requests submitted by showroom, by checking, verifying and issue CN / PV number to ensure the request is genuine and to safeguard company’s inventory.
• Prepares audit report for visited showrooms and logistics by highlighting significant control weaknesses on area in-charged which resulting from showroom / logistic audit, in order to evaluate and improve the operation of cost center.
• Assist HOD in preparing various weekly and monthly reports by compiling audit data in order to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to Division Head.
• Perform ad hoc stock adjustments submitted by showroom, LO and HQ by checking, verifying and make necessary adjustment in ERP to safeguard company’s inventory.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
• Non-Financial - Ensure the audit plans are completed in given time. Ensure all the reports are complete on time. Ensure all the ad hoc requests are complete on time. Qualitative feedback and recommendations: provide recommendation based on audit finding.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Frequently travel with a team to designated region
• Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
