We are a leading Trading Company handling FAST MOVING CONSUMER PRODUCTS in Sarawak and Sabah. In line with our company expansion, we are seeking qualified, enthusiastic people to join our company.

Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
• Complete daily cash/cheque collection activities.
• Update Incoming fund on daily basis and ensure the bank balance is tally on daily.
• Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow up regularly on overdue account.
• Generate and send the Statement of Accounts to all customers periodically.
• Provide credit control as well as compilation and preparation of the relevant reports.
• Training and mentoring of staff members in the department.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
• Able to work independently, under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
