Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Plan video concepts, storyboards, and shooting schedules aligned with marketing and branding objectives.
• Supervise and guide the video production team (videographers, editors) to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee on-site video shoots, ensuring proper setup, lighting, audio, and camera work.
• Review and approve final video edits to ensure consistency with brand standards and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Live Streaming teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Manage video production timelines, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide creative solutions when needed.
• Stay updated with video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve production quality.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production or related field, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques, lighting, audio, and post-production workflow.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Capcut Pro, PS).
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in social media or short-form video content is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
