Jawatan Kosong Assistant Facility Manager AFM in Kuantan

Tasks:

1. To assist the Facility Manager to manage and monitor the work progress of the following engineering work programs and to ensure completion of works within stipulated time frame:

a) Planned Preventive Maintenance System or equipment

b) Corrective Maintenance System

c) Routine Inspection to Coordinate vendor activities

d) To handle monthly claim with client and to ensure the claim is on time frame and achieve the target

2) Responsible and manage the work request as assigned within stipulated time frame

3) To provide technical support troubleshooting planning and implementation of maintenance activities for the clinic

4) To coordinate and resolve on the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance issues

5) Manage on weekly / monthly consumable and spare parts requisition and ensure all critical part always available

6) Plan and coordinate all installations electrical mechanical & civil works

Requirements:

1) Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building / Air conditioner Service equivalent qualifications

2) Minimum 2-3 years experienced in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
