Jawatan Kosong Mandarin Speaking Estimating OfficerInterior Design & Decoration industry in Valley City

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare, analyze, and review detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency to support precise project budgeting and reduce financial risks.

• Budget Management: Manage and oversee project budgets by monitoring expenditures, streamlining cost-control processes, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and client requirements.

• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation, improve cost-effectiveness, and support sustainable project delivery in line with organizational objectives.

• Risk Management: Identify potential financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to safeguard project profitability.

• Project Delivery: Track and monitor project progress against budgets and timelines, liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular financial reports, progress updates, and supporting documentation to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management, with the ability to provide accurate insights and recommendations.

• General working experience in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields; exposure to diverse projects will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with local and international stakeholders.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness and ability to work full-time from the office, ensuring consistent support and collaboration with the project team.
