Jawatan Kosong Chef De Partie in Kota Kinabalu

Hygiene and Safety:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Food Preparation and Cooking:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards.
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the presentation requirements.

Section Management:

• Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, etc.).
• Ensure all kitchen stations are adequately staffed and well-organized.

Quality Control:

• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the required standards.

Inventory and Stock Management:

• Manage inventory for the designated section.
• Order and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.

Hygiene and Safety:
