Jawatan Kosong Assistant, Warehouse in Subang Jaya

POSITION INTERVIEW:

The position of a Warehouse Assistant, primary responsibility is to support the warehouse daily operations by assisting with various tasks such as receiving, storing and distributing goods and products. Your role is crucial in ensuring that goods are received, stored and distributed efficiently in a high accuracy manner. Your attention to the details, organization skills and ability to work well in a team environment will be essential to your success in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Goods receiving and processing for all incoming stocks, which included unstuffing. sorting, verifying, recording, labelling and put-away processing.
• Goods picking, packing, shipping and filling orders from stock according to information from Stock Transfer Note (STN).
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas.
• Perform daily 5's cleaning and maintaining the warehouse facility.
• Performing monthly inventory checks and reconciliations.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jets, hand trucks, forklifts, reach truck and etc.
• Communicating with other warehouse staff, supervisors
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations (H&S) and company policies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Education:

• Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM and above

Language Proficiency:

• Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin (optional)

Professional Experience:

• Basic computer literacy

Technical & Management Skills:

• Forklift or reach truck skills (optional)

Personal & Interpersonal Skills:

• Attention to detail, good communication, diligent and punctual person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
