Pembantu Kedai (Retail Assistant)

• Membantu serta memastikan aktiviti menyusun atur, penambah stok dan penjagaan kualiti produk dilakukan dengan baik serta mengikut spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
• Memastikan tag harga dilekatkan pada produk dengan betul serta memastikan produk yang mempunyai promosi dipamerkan dengan baik.
• Menyemak dan mengasingkan stok rosak.

Juruwang (Cashier)

• Mengendalikan mesin pembayaran tunai dan kad.
• Mengambil bayaran untuk pembelian dan bertanggungjawab dalam proses pembayaran secara tunai, debit, kredit ataupun online (E-wallet)

Khidmat Pelanggan

• Sambut dan layan pelanggan dengan baik di cawangan.
• Memperkenalkan produk dan aktiviti promosi secara aktif kepada pelanggan
• Memberikan khidmat pelanggan yang terbaik dengan cara mengesyorkan produk jualan serta promosi terkini, menjawab sebarang soalan berkenaan produk dan menangani sebarang isu yang dialamai oleh pelanggan

Tugasan AM

• Laksanakan tugas pengemasan untuk mengekalkan imej kedai & mengekalkan kebersihan di dalam kedai.
• Menjalani tugasan lain yang telah diaturkan oleh penyelia atau bahagian pengurusan
• Memastikan promosi terkini/bulanan/semasa perlu diingati.
• Mengendalikan mesin pembayaran tunai/kad & memastikan system POS berfungsi dengan baik.
• Memastikan station counter selalu bersih/teratur.
• Memastikan kerja pemunggahan barang semasa proses penghantaran
• Pastikan barang discan dengan barcode yang betul, sekiranya ada isu segera melaporkan kepada SM/SIC/RE/MT/Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
