Working Days & Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements:

• Minimum years of working experience related to the work scope: 3 years working experience in administrative duties.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Scopes:

• Manage and maintain site documentation, including project reports, permits, safety records, and timesheets
• Prepare, compile, and distribute correspondence such as memos, reports, and meeting minutes and to ensure all documents is up to date
• Act as a liaison for HR-related matters, such as employee inquiries, policy communication, and grievance handling.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of site staff, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Ensure of all stationeries and office consumables are available including ordering for stock replenishment.
• To support periodic cash flow planning and management to ensure optimisation of funds.
• To support in preparing monthly billing to ensure timely and accurate billing to the customer.

• Salary Range: From RM 1800 to RM 2500
