Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and oversee timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and support training for operational staff.
• Address customer queries related to operational processes.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in audits and inspections.
• Optimize resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Develop contingency plans for operational challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related experience preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
