Jawatan Kosong TUITION CENTRE ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM RUNNER in Kota Kinabalu

TUITION CENTRE ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM RUNNER

✅ Salary: RM2,000

✅ Transport Allowance RM300

✅ Job Requirement :

- Single woman

- Minimum Diploma and above

- Good in Teamwork

- Working experience 1-2 years in any field

- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Able to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time efficiently

- Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Canva Apps

- Good in Communication with all level

- Can work at least for 1 - 2 years contract

- Willing to learn and easy to adapt with surrounding

- Training Provided

- Must have own transport (required - need to work at multiple locations)

- Speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English

- Able to work on Saturday and Sunday (off during weekdays)

✅ Job Responsibilities :

Administration

- Rotate working at 5 branches Tuition Centre

- Update and reporting of all the branches issues to the Management

- Process payroll administration, leave administration and staff welfare on time and accurately

- Assist in recruitment activities including arranging interview appointments and conducting reference check

- Arrange the teacher's timetable

- Prepare memo and other correspondence and assist in issuing employment contract

- Dealing with teachers, parents and students

- Handling the confidential matters

Assist the Admin Branches

- Dealing and closing the customers

- Attending customer inquiries

- Handling new students registration, daily operation, student records, fees collection

- Make sure tuition centre is clean and tidy all the time

- Handling student tuition fees collections

- Provide administrative support and documentation to Sales Team

- Generate lead and sales

❗ Must have own transport due to rotate working at 5 branches in Putatan, Sembulan, Alamesra, Penampang & Inanam.

- For example : Monday work in Putatan, Tuesday work in Alamesra

❗ Transport Allowances provided.

✅ Working Hours :

Following tuition centre operation hours

- Monday - Friday (12PM - 9PM)

- Saturday & Sunday (8AM - 5PM)

Tuition centres are operated on Saturday & Sunday too (Off during weekdays according to the setted schedule)
