Areas of Accountability and Key Tasks

• Understanding the customer's needs and developing business solutions to meet Power Root’s and customer requirements.
• Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
• Interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Power Root and the customer(s).
• Maximize customer investment to generate best ROI
• Meeting sales, volume and profitability target set by management
• Working with the sales representatives/executives to identify risks and opportunities and develop customer plans that profitably increase sales, distribution and market share
• Presenting and activating programs to the customer at regional and/or store level.
• Conducting listing negotiations at store level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• FMCG: 1 year (Required)
