Job description
-We are looking for a candidate who is able to show a high degree of empathy towards clients needs and design solutions for the client.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle from pre-sales engagement, order taking, confirmation of design, pre and post installation sales follow up. ---They should be confident with building new client relationship and have a high sense of understanding of what client wants.
Key responsibilities
- Develop systematic business development plan to drive sales together with company management.
- Empathize with home owners on their noise issue and craft proposes for client to solve their issue.
- Create and upkeep company CRM bases database to ensure leads are well taken care of.
- Develop B2B business by identifying, engaging, and securing working partners in the construction and interior design industry to sell our products and services to their client base.
- Source small to medium sized projects for the company from corporate customers such as ID firms,
architects, and main contractors
- Maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Convince & educate potential client on Noise Plaster's USP
Candidate Criteria:
-Ideally you should have a foundational education in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering; -Exposure to the Construction or Interior Design industry would be a huge plus.
-Have knowledge about singapore construction legal are advantages
-Good communication skill
-Good convince skill
-Have good learning attitude
