Job Description

• To monitor and administer QA/QC to ensure incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with approved material specifications;
• To assure work is performed as per approved QA/ QC Plan and meets or exceeds the required quality as per Qlassic standard;
• To ensure the construction teams are meeting the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work as per QA/QC Plan;
• To review and write up Method of statements & construction methodology and keep track material approvals status;
• Supports and participates in all the internal/external quality audits on site;
• To prepare an Inspection and Testing Plan that identifies the number and stages of each inspection and test on all items of work, including of his subcontractor and nominated subcontractos and to identify which activity may not require inspection;
• Coordinate Non comformance Report (NCR) issued by clients and monitor subcontractor for rectification work and carry out inspection to close NCR within twenty eight (28) days or any specified duration requested by clients;
• Prepare and carry out Work Inspection Request (WIR) with Main contractor and Consultant, and follow up on the status;
• To monitor & review submittals, RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project related materials with Document controller in a timely manner;
• Attend quality management meetings;

Requirement

• Able to work independently.
• Able to communicate with all levels effectively
• Tertiary education or equivalent with several years of experience in similar position.
• 3 - 5 working experience in the related field
• Minimum requirement Diploma/ equivalent and above.
• Have own transport and willing to travel to diff construction site
• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
