Job Description:

  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
  • Ensure timely collection of payment by generating reminders to customers on outstanding balance.
  • Ensure all accounting entries are complete, correctly coded and accurate when entered into the accounting system.
  • Perform collection and compilation of invoices from all branches.
  • Ensure all invoices and employee expense claims are accurately accorded for and are supported by relevant documents and appropriate.
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Work Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent in accounting software (especially in Autocount) and computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel)
