Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM2,000 – RM5,000 (Commission-Based)
Working Days: Flexible
Location: Forest Height, Senawang (Remote work flexibility)

1) Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
2) Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to successful placement
3) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidate
4) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
5) Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and candidates
6) Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities
7) Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment status and challenges

Preferred Qualifications
1) Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is an advantage
2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3) Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
4) Good time management and organization
5) Familiarity with online sourcing tools and job platforms
6) Passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities
