Manjaku Retail Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Assist customers in locating products, answering customer inquiries in courteous manner and providing product recommendations based on customers’ need.
• Products Knowledge: Constantly update on the products and services available at our store. Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing and availability.
• Cashier Duties: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions. Handle payments and issue receipts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock receiving, in-charge of stock replenishment, maintain the correct price point and stocks accuracy on shelve. Constantly feedback to the store management team on the stock levels and customers’ request. Ensure stocks freshness and quality by performing regular and systematic stock check.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes housekeeping of shelves, floors and common areas.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist colleagues in tasks such as lifting heavy items, arranging displays, or handling customer inquiries.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security and confidentiality.
