Jawatan Kosong Executive Finance & Account in Alor Setar

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement with minimum supervision.
2. To prepare monthly reports for management review.
3. Responsible for the preparation of tax computation
4. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
5. Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
6. Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Legal and Banker.
7. Performing day to day accounting operations
8. Other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Finance/Account.
3. Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with aptitude to learn systems
6. A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
