• Conduct business review with customers, collect relevant sales data & insights from customer, analyze and develop sales plan in line with overall strategy.
• Compliance monitoring on commercial terms.
• Liaise with local market team to collaborate, seek operational support & approvals & ideate new growth opportunities.
• Marketing and ecosystem management of high-value customer / player groups, cooperate with product development department to increase customer retention.
• Maintain core partnerships and enhance customer relationships, drive sales activities and performance growth.
• Creating marketing plan (such as tournament, promotion activities, etc.) to continuously optimize the recruitment and cultivation process of core partners (main players) / new players.
• Targeting higher user activity, daily engagement rate, retention, and recharge.
• Actively collect feedback from users and provide timely update to operation team for improvement.
• Propose improvement requirements for game functions based on user experience and needs.
• Responsible for researching and developing sales business.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
