Jawatan Kosong General Manager of Operations -Mandarin Speaking- Penang in Itam

Job Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop & implement the Penang Innovation Center's development plan, aligned with the company's overall strategy. Monitor execution, assess & adjust strategies based on market & technological changes.

2.Government Relations: Establish & maintain good relationships with Penang local government & departments. Secure policy support & project collaborations.

3.Innovation Center Construction: Focus on planning & construction of the Penang Innovation Center, ensuring facilities, equipment, & platforms meet regional needs. Establish the office & oversee operations.

4.Management & Team Building: Build & manage an efficient team across technical, marketing, sales, & other roles. Responsible for daily operation & management, including finance, HR, & administration.

5.Market Expansion & Customer Relationships: Understand market & customer needs, formulate market strategies & CRM plans. Responsible for sales promotion, maintaining key customer relationships, & enhancing market share & brand influence.

Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronic information technology, business administration, or related fields.

2.Work Experience: Over 5 years in the electronic information technology field or related industries, with some senior management experience. Requirements can be relaxed for outstanding individuals.

3.Preferred: Prior experience in connecting with government resources & promoting government project collaborations; experience in innovation center construction or management.

4.Professional Knowledge: Foundation in electronic information technology, familiar with industry dynamics & trends, & ability to discern market trends.

5.Abilities: Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, & decision-making skills. Ability to lead the team efficiently & possess effective communication & negotiation skills.

6.Other: Local Chinese Malaysian, proficient in Chinese & English for better team communication & international business development.
