Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure sub-contractors comply with contracts, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and site regulations
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
• Efficiently resolve any on-site issues or delays
• Manage material deliveries and inventory
• Conduct site inspections and perform quality control checks
• Maintain accurate records, including forms, documents, correspondence, and progress reports

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
