Supervisor Job Scope:

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Explain and promote products and offerings
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
