Jawatan Kosong Project Executive in Kota Kinabalu

Job Description

• Prepare info reformation related to project summary / sales kit & etc and upload to IQI Cloud.
• Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom).
• Understand well about Project package.
• Manage sales chart.
• Request sales chart and unit available with developer.
• Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters.
• Handle developer feedback and complaint.
• Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
• Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary.
• Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group.
• Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field
• Computer literate, fast learner and independent
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products
• Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
• Problem Solving
• A positive attitude towards work-life balance, work smart and play hard
• Energetic and self-motivated
• A helpful team player
• Good communication skills
• Able to organize daily workload by priorities
• Adaptable to the fast-paced working environment
