JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Marshal

• Marshals track patrol, observing rider behavior and identifying potential hazards such as obstacles, surface changes or damaged by weather.
• Direct riders along the designated routes, providing clear instructions and ensuring they adhere to safety regulation.
• Ensure that all riders adhere to the established rules and regulations, including speed limits, helmet usage,and other safety protocols.
• Marshals use hand signals, whistle, radios or other communication methods to maintain contact with riders and other team members.
• Experience in karting or interest in motorsport is preferred.
• Provide clear trackside communication to racers and coordinate with the team to maintain safe racing conditions.
• Assist customers and complete daily cleaning duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays.

Mechanic

• Responsible of vehicles daily inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as and when required.
• Conduct visual on checks appearance and manage performance checks and maintenance on vehicles.
• Keep accurate documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects.
• In charge of spare parts inventory. To record in and out spare parts, plan for parts ordering by quarterly basis.
• To define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions on vehicles technical issues.
• Plan for preparation and respond to urgency as they arise such as to prioritize task according to situation needs. (Group booking & events)
• All tools, equipment designated for vehicle maintenance works are under the care and responsibilities of the Mechanic.
• Maintain the workshop in clean and safe condition.
• Ensure all tools are stored and maintained in good working condition.
• Report damaged or missing tools to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Assist in other maintenance repairs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum SPM or Diploma (Marshal) / Postgraduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering (Mechanic) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 0–2 years for Marshal (Theme Park, Sports & Recreational, Go-kart operations)
• 2–5 years for Mechanic (Automotive Workshop, Powersports vehicle maintenance)
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge and basic repair skills.
• Experience in motorsport, karting, or recreational vehicle operations preferred.
• Able to perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,250.00 per month
