✅ Berpengalaman dalam bidang security sekurangnya 1 tahun

✅ Berpengetahuan dan mahir komputer & Microsoft Office
✅ Mahir/berpengalaman dalam payroll/surat menyurat/administrative
✅ Cepat belajar & mahir menangani isu
✅ Boleh mematuhi arahan dan berkerjasama dengan baik
✅ Berpengalaman dalam mengendali urusan KWSP/PERKESO, JTK dan lain-lain badan kerajaan
Tugas tanggungjawab :
✅ Membantu untuk melaksanakan tugasan memproses gaji, pelarasan gaji, dan perkara lain yang berkaitan
✅ Membantu mengemaskini dan menyelenggara rekod pekerja dalam sistem berkaitan senarai gaji
✅Membantu kemasukan butiran peribadi pekerja baharu, kemas kini data pekerja dan pastikan ketepatan data dalam sistem Maklumat Sumber Manusia
✅Pantau semua pembaharuan kontrak, pengesahan, peletakan jawatan dan lain-lain berkaitan
✅Membantu Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pejabat harian seperti menguruskan surat-menyurat, penyimpanan dokumen, filing dan lain-lain
✅ Mengendalikan urusan berkaitan badan kerajaan seperti JTK,KWSP & lain-lain
✅ Membantu melaksanakan kerja ad-hoc apabila ditugaskan
