Jawatan Kosong Construction Site Supervisor in Valley City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

2. Quality Control:
- Monitor workmanship to ensure adherence to design specifications and high-quality finishes.
- Address and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.

3. Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with designers, clients, and project managers to align site activities with project objectives.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

4. Safety Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

5. Resource Management:
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid work interruptions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within the construction or interior design industry.
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
