Jawatan Kosong Warehouse / Logistics Customer Service in Port Klang

Job Responsibilities:

1. To liaise and follow-up closely with customers on import and export shipments arrangements

2. To handle and understand customer enquirers and respond accordingly

3. To coordinate with operations team on daily basis for shipments
arrangements and ensure shipments are handle promptly and delivered on time as scheduled

4. To liaise and coordinate with vendors – fumigators, transporters, surveyors, freight forwarders as and when required

5. To check and compile all daily orders and updating stock inventory using Microsoft Excel

6. To prepare delivery orders and assist in billing using SQL system and meets billing deadline

7. To perform any other task assigned by the Manager from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: Degree, Diploma or SPM qualification

2. At least 1-3 years’ experience in customer service related to Logistics/ Warehousing industry

3. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, presentation, with hands-on approach

4. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

5. Knowledge in warehouse inventory and SQL software would be an added advantage

6. Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

7. Have access to a reliable means of transport
