Jawatan Kosong Housekeeping Assistant - Chambermaid in Miri

Housekeeping Chambermaid is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within the establishment. This role is vital in ensuring a pleasant experience for guests through attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, and bathrooms according to established procedures and standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; wipe down surfaces and furniture.
• Replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.) and ensure rooms are well-stocked.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while performing duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests courteously.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
