Marketplace Digital Ads

• Manage and optimise Shopee Ads & TikTok Ads (product ads, live ads, campaign ads)

• Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and sales contribution

• Adjust ad strategy based on live schedules, campaigns, and customer behaviour

• Support major campaigns, launches, and festive sales (e.g. Raya)

Live Commerce & Host Management

• Coordinate and manage live hosts (briefing, scheduling, scripts & flow)

• Set up live sessions including products, vouchers, bundles, pricing, and pins

• Monitor live performance and provide structured feedback for improvement

• Ensure live sessions reflect brand tone and customer trust

Marketplace Performance & Optimisation

• Track marketplace KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, sales, and repeat purchase

• Analyse live vs non-live performance and identify growth opportunities

• Improve listings, bundles, and offers based on customer insights and data

• Monitor competitors and marketplace trends

Customer Experience Alignment

• Ensure ads and live sessions deliver clear, honest, and helpful messaging

• Improve customer journey from ad → live → checkout

• Collaborate with CX, content, and operations teams to reduce friction points
