Jawatan Kosong Site Surveyor in Samarahan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools (Total Station, GPS and LiDAR Survey).
• Prepare sketches and notes and perform electronic data collection.
• Coordinate field staff and process field data.
• Calculate areas of land parcels and easements using mathematics and computer software.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Research previous survey evidence, including maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
• Interface with civil engineers.
• Prepare site surveying documents and present findings to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification: Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant field.

2. Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in construction related fields would be added advantage.

3. Skills & competencies:

a) Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.

b) Familiar with all facets of the construction process.

c) Good communication and time management skills

d) Well verse both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

e) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
