**********LAZADA DIPSPATCHER NEEDED**********

Job Description:

Selected candidate shall be reporting to hub at 8.30 am. Required to handle below given job scope. Entire process shall be guided and trained by Hub leads. Operation shall be daily except for Public Holidays. Each staff entitle for 1 off day each week, which will be scheduled by the Hub Leads on a rotating basis on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

Job Scope:

• SORTATION: Involve into sortation of parcels according to given routes
• SCANNING & DISPATCHING: A process to scan the parcel into each individual couriers internal phone-app
• DELIVERY: To send the parcels to respective client address; home / office/ commercial
• COD COLLECTION: To collect cash from clients for COD type parcels
• RAZOR DEPOSIT: To make the payment at 7 Eleven through Razor System according to collected amount via internal app-system
• RETURN PARCEL: To return back all remaining parcels which is postponed or failed delivery to hub.
• ROUTE: All route are not permanent; staff required to learn all routings within given zones. For example; the hub may have 4 zones; and each zone might have 3 routes; so staff required to learn all 3 routes in 2 given zone.

Job Payout:

• Basic Wages (For full time only)
• Attendance Allowance (If attended 23 days before 8.30am)
• Commissions (max can achieve Rm150.00 per day based on delivered quantity)
• Additional Bonus (for achieving certain quantity on daily basis)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
