Jawatan Kosong TESTING & COMMISSIONING T&C SUPERINTENDENT in Putrajaya

Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Location: Site Based

Reports To: BIM Manager

Job Summary:

To manage the "Digital Twin" of the project. You ensure that the millions of dollars of MEP equipment fit

into the ceiling voids and plant rooms without physical clashes.

Detailed Scope of Work (Data Centre Specific):

• Clash Detection: Run Federated Models (Architecture + Structure + MEP) in Navisworks to

identify hard clashes (e.g., Pipe hitting Beam) and soft clashes (maintenance access zones for

chillers).

• LOD 400 Management: Ensure subcontractors submit models at Level of Development (LOD)

400 (Fabrication ready) before shop drawings are approved.

• Asset Tagging: Ensure all equipment in the model has the correct Asset ID data (COBie data) for facility management handover.

• Site Support: Export models to IFC format for Superintendent use on site tablets.

Requirements:

• Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Experience: 3+ years in BIM coordination for complex MEP projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
