Position: Accounts Assistant

Location: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing, verification, and control of supplier invoices.
• Handle e-invoicing submission and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of accounting transactions.
• Assist in preparing simple financial reports and statements as required.
• Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and standards.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters when necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.

Requirements:

• Possess basic accounting knowledge (certificates/diploma in Accounting or related fields preferred).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Applicants must possess own transport.

Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
