Jawatan Kosong Field Control Manager in Pengerang

Key Responsibilities

Lead field execution planning and supervise daily site operations across all disciplines (civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation).

Manage site coordination between subcontractors, supervisors, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, work fronts, and progress to meet project milestones.

Enforce compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, including proper working hours, rest days, overtime, and wage regulations.

Ensure proper work permits, method statements, job hazard analysis, and toolbox meetings are executed before commencing work.

Maintain accurate and timely reporting of daily site activities, progress, issues, and resource deployment.

Support the Construction Manager in project performance monitoring, site walkdowns, inspections, and internal audits.

Implement and maintain high discipline, productivity, and accountability among field personnel.

Liaise with site engineers, QA/QC, procurement, and logistics to ensure material availability and quality of work.

Facilitate resolution of technical, logistical, and coordination issues at site level.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management.

Minimum 10 years of site-based experience in EPCC or industrial plant projects, with at least 3 years in a field supervisory or control position.

Familiar with Malaysian statutory regulations (e.g., OSHA, CIDB, DOE, DOSH) and Employment Act 1955.

Demonstrated ability to lead large construction teams with diverse trades and nationalities.

Strong coordination, site management, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and basic understanding of drawings and work packs.

Willing to work extended hours or shifts as per project demands.

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Full-time, Contractual (project-based)

Working Hours: Site-based hours; in accordance with the Employment Act with applicable overtime provisions

Leave: Entitled to annual and medical leave per the Malaysian Employment Act

Pay: RM10,550.00 - RM11,550.00 per month
