ECO-Shop Marketing Sdn. Bhd. Recruitment April 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage storage inventory within the company target with optimum safety stocks and ensuring no stock outs
• Validate and meet the monthly inventory days of supply and facilitate the reduction of excess inventory
• Anticipating factors that might influence demand, such as Festive season, school holiday, monsoon season or upcoming promotions.
• Liaise with suppliers to ascertain delivery status and ensure timely action been taken for any delivery issue.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
• Report and escalate any supply risk issue
• Preparing procurement report for management review
• Collaborating with merchandising, operations, distribution and other supply chain department team members to drive change for improvements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Economics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Supply Chain or procurement field.
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and/or other business intelligence. (Eg : tableau/Power BI)
• Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with statistical analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
