Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant in Kota Kemuning

• Handling daily sales & collection transactions
• Promptly update & posting collection status into accounting system
• Assist in daily accounting transactions
• Assist senior in performing analysis, breakdown & extraction of various accounting data using accounting software
• Compiling employee attendance data & other related HR matters
• Assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing etc.
• Assist prepare monthly accounting reports & year end closing of account
• Assist handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities
• To prepare bank reconciliation & monthly schedules
• To ensure accounting records & system comply with company’s policies and in accordance with accounting standards & statutory laws & regulations
• To assist handle taxation & statutory accounts, liaising with the external auditors, tax agent, government & other professional bodies
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as & when required by the management
• Work closely with other internal departments
