Jawatan Kosong SALES & SERVICES COORDINATOR in Kepong

Job descriptions:-

- Efficient customer service on sales and service repair by assisting customers with requests in store and on the phone

- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers in order to provide useful assistance and product information to meet the requirements

- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner

- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed as well as ensure store premises are clean and neatly arranged to serve customers (Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise)

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store products, promotional offers and daily deals in order to promote and educate customers about current promotions and advertisements

- Documents preparation of sales (walk-in, online, etc) for collection/ delivery.

- Comply with departmental action plans in order to achieve set objectives

- To be able to assist on ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements :

• Fresh graduate is welcomed.
• Proficient in Microsoft words, excel, etc
• Able to work independently and to complete task within the deadline.
• With own transportation
• Speak and Read ; English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Add advantage)
