Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive Paka Branch in Kuala Terengganu

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves handling indoor sales, responding to online inquiries, and performing basic administrative tasks while ensuring the upkeep of the shop. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service:

• Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable kitchen equipment.
• Respond to online inquiries via email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Administration & Online Sales:

• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
• Assist in processing orders, payments, and delivery arrangements.
• Manage online sales listings and ensure product descriptions and pricing are updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for stock availability.

Shop Upkeep & Display Management:

• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and stocked with essential displays.
• Arrange and update product displays for an appealing shopping experience.
• Check and maintain the condition of equipment on display.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (preferably in commercial kitchen equipment or related fields).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and online sales platforms).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
