GROSS SALARY UP TO 2300-3000++ MONTHLY

DIPLOMA in any science and healthcare background are welcomes to apply
(Pharmacy ,Medical Science , Nursing ,Medical Laboratory , Physiotherapy, Clinical, Health Science, Bio Medical, Biology, Bio Technology, Microbiology, Chemist, Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics)

(If you have Pharmacy/Retail/Clinic experience/Healthcare experience are welcome)

Duties/responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products, including OTC medications, health supplements, and personal care items, while offering basic advice on minor ailments like colds, allergies, and general wellness.
• Promote pharmacy services such as membership programs, PWP offers, and current promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide clear communication by explaining product features, usage instructions, and benefits, and refer complex health inquiries to the Health Advisor or pharmacist.
• Actively recommend complementary products to meet customer needs, promote health and wellness items, and support the pharmacy’s sales goals by staying updated on product launches, promotions, and health trends.
• Participate in promotional activities, health campaigns, and events, ensuring compliance with guidelines and enhancing customer engagement through product sampling and marketing initiatives.
• Replenish shelves, organize displays, ensure accurate pricing and labeling, and conduct inventory checks to track stock levels, monitor expiration dates, and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Assist in receiving and verifying stock deliveries, follow operational guidelines, and support daily routines such as store opening and closing tasks
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the safe handling of products, including compliance with the Poison Act.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in all areas of the pharmacy, including shelves, counters, and customer service areas.
• Manage inventory by replenishing shelves, organizing displays, conducting stock checks, verifying deliveries, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines while supporting daily store routines like opening and closing tasks.
• Perform cashiering duties with accuracy while promoting discounts, bundle deals, and loyalty programs, and assist customers with app downloads and membership registrations to enhance their pharmacy experience.
• Support basic health screenings, such as blood pressure and BMI checks (where permitted), and provide product recommendations or refer customers to the pharmacist as needed.
• Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional service by actively listening to customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions or referrals, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless and efficient customer support.
• Engage in training programs and stay updated on company processes to enhance skills, share insights, and support new staff in understanding pharmacy procedures and standards.
