Requirements

• Posses min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any Business related fields
• Fresh graduates also welcome to apply for this position
• Computer literate in Microsoft office Application

• Good communication and written in English

Responsibility

• Review and process new claims reports every month
• Communicate claim status to supervisor sales team on regular basis
• Resolve claim issues promptly and follow-up on outstanding issues
• Need analyzing, planning, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement
• Document claim file activities in accurate and timely manner
• Uphold relationships and good communication with suppliers
