Jawatan Kosong LAND SURVEYOR in Kuala Krai

Job description

Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes: Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Develops new data from photogrammetric records.
• Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.
• Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
• Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.
• Numeracy and the ability to make mathematical calculations
• Ability to understand and interpret data
• Lateral and logical thinking
• Cutting-edge IT skills and confidence with new technology
• Problem solving and analysis
• Attention to detail
• Client management/customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Organisation and time management
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, geospatial sciences, geophysics, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of work experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor (P.S.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on contract and preferably those who can start work immediately

Salary: RM 3,000.00 - RM 5,500.00 per month
