Description
Primary Objective:

• Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
• To provide credit support functions in lieu of processing requests on loans operations such as redemption, settlement, discharge, bridging loans, insurances, system maintenances for East Malaysia region within the stipulated SLA given

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
• Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
• Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
• Strong familiarity in processes/guidelines for operations and governance related to processing of loan operations and maintenance
• Carry out system enhancement or UAT as and when required
• Carry out maker activities related to processing of loans operations & maintenances within defined TAT
• Good problem-solving skills
• Continuous drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency
• Monitoring of CGC Guarantee and SJPP Scheme and ensuring timely fee payment
• Activities related to teller operation, cash marginal deposit and general activities
• Carry out system maintenance

Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree/Diploma/STPM/SPM.

2-8 years’ experience in a Financial Institution with hands on exposure to credit documentation and operations. Legal knowledge and experience in branch operations will be an added advantage

• Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)

Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others' views
