Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Bandar Sunway

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure the accounting records are prepared in compliance with company's policies and reporting standards.
• Preparing monthly financial and management report.
• Reviewing the preparation of journals.
• Assist in strengthening and improving internal control and processes.
• Able to handle full set of account, audit and tax processes.
• Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR & AP are posted accurately.
• Coordinate with onsite manager/HOD for month end reconciliations and business performances.
• Assisting in cash flow management.
• To liaise with external auditor, tax agent, government authorities and etc.
• Any related tasks required to complete.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any equivalent courses.
• Minimum 1 years of related experience in Finance.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks system will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Highly motivated, positive and pro-active mind set and a team player.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communications skills.
• Candidate must have driving license (D).
