ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will join a growing team focused on delivering a profit-oriented proposition. Polisea Labuan creatively evaluates standard and non-standard risks and develops optimal coverage solutions for our clients.

You are expected to streamline and standardise processes across various stakeholders to ensure completion and compliance for the benefit of the company's P&L.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle financial settlements with cedents, reinsurers, and reinsurance brokers according to terms and agreements, managing overall cash flow in a timely manner.
• Control data quality and manage risk-related activities according to internal guidelines.
• Collect accurate premiums and claims information and proactively handle claims including indexation.
Build and collate premiums, claims registers, and outstanding case reserves.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Must be residing permanently in Labuan.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a company offering (re)insurance.
• Adequate knowledge of (re)insurance.
• Proactive natured, independent and dependable.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong inner drive to achieve and challenge the (re)insurance status quo.
